I've used it since my daughter was a few weeks old. She's 4 months now and I'm still using it. She loves sitting in it and looking around. I've used a baby bjorn and my back always aches after a bit. I can wear the hug-a-monkey for a long time with no pain.
I had ordered a sling and was having some problems getting it to fit comfortably and I notified you and you were able to go over the problems and we determined the sling was to small..This was discussed on Tuesday..I went ahead and ordered a larger size and now it is Thursday. My son is sleeping comfortably in the larger size sling and I am very comfortable and able to go about my day..

Hi there! I ordered 2 slings from you back in February. My husband and I were taking our 4-month old (at the time) daughter and I really wanted to pack as little as possible. I had been wearing our daughter a lot in the Baby Bjorn and Ultimate Baby Wrap around the house and out shopping, but thought they were too bulky for the long weekend trip we had planned in Boston. I ordered a small and a medium and received them both before the trip. They were fabulous! To this day (now our daughter is almost 8 months old), they are my favorite way to carry our daughter! When I wear her in the medium she can face forward with her legs all curled up and watch the world come at us. When I wear her in the small, she sits on my hip and wraps her arms around me (I love when she hangs on like this). I get compliments everywhere I go, and I show everyone the cute tag with the monkey on it. So far, your slings have been the best baby product purchase since our little girl was born! The sling is so awesome, thanks! Much easier to plop on than a wrap and my son loves it! The only :( I have is that the black kona-cotton fabric seems to pick up just about everything (and we don't even pets). Other than that, we couldn't be happier. Thank you Hugamonkey for a great, well-made, well-priced baby carrier, I couldn't find anything else like this anywhere!
I own a traditional sling and a Maclaren carrier. The Hugamonkey is much more comfortable. You almost feel pregnant again because the baby is so close to you. My daughter loves to be in it and almost instantly goes to sleep. I really wish I had this for my first child so I could have used it for all of them, especially my colicky son. The crazy thing is it cost me less than what I had, was shipped free to my door, is much cuter and so much better. I'm loving the Hugamonkey!!

Wore my 2-week-old in my new pouch sling today for the first time and couldn't be happier! We attended a birthday party for older children at a local bounce house place, and I was on my feet for 2 hours with the baby (who weighs 10 lbs by the way!) and was comfortable the entire time.
