Where's the shipping upgrade option to add to my order?

After your order has been added to the cart go to "view cart." The two shipping upgrade options are at the bottom of the page.

USPS Express 1-2 Day and USPS Priority 3 Day is not available for orders placed outside the United States. Expedited shipping DOES NOT APPLY to Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

I have an UPS & P.O. Box shipping address. Which shipping address should I use?

Please use the P.O Box shipping address when you fill out your delivery information as all orders are shipped by the USPS. Thank you!

I placed an order recently and have not recieved any shipping confirmation. Can you tell me if it shipped? Thanks!

I just ordered a sling, is there any way I can pay for two day shipping?

USPS Express 1-2 Day* and USPS Priority 3 Day* shipping is available for those customers itching to sling. Simply select either shipping option when you view your cart and your order will be shipped with the upgrade once your order is processed (1-2 business days). USPS Express 1-2 day shipping is $25 and USPS 3 day shipping is $5 more.

Where is my tracking number?

After we ship your Hugamonkey order, we'll send you an email with the tracking code. Check and see if you have received this email. The email will come from HugaMonkey at info@stamps.com. Sometimes it can end up in junk mail folder, so make sure to check there.

Do you ship to US military addresses?

We sure do. When checking out, simply select your Armed Forces zone from the State or Zone drop down menu and enter APO, FPO or DPO for the city. Then fill in the appropriate info. Please contact us with any questions.

When will my order ship?

Plan on your order shipping within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed. All orders within the United States will arrive within 5-10 business days, and all orders shipped to Canada will arrive within 6-10 business days. Please contact us if you don't see your tracking number or if your order has not arrived in the allotted time.

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email that will explain how to check your order status.

You may log-in to your HugaMonkey account and check the order status at anytime.

Should I purchase shipping insurance?

Insurance is included with orders shipped to the U.S. If a package is lost we simply ask that you be helpful with our insurance claim with the U.S. Postal Service. All packages shipped within the U.S. are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Priority Mail only provides delivery confirmation, it does not provide for order tracking.

 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We are excited to have teamed up with International Checkout to allow for delivery to over 200 countries worldwide. Simply select International Checkout at checkout in order to proceed with your order.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping to anywhere in the United States is free of charge to you. Free shipping also extends to all United States Territories and to all United States APO's. You can also choose overnight or 3 day shipping during checkout. View our Love It or Return It policy.
