Love It or Return It Guarantee
Baby slings on our sale page do not qualify for Love It or Return It.
Our 100% Love It or Return It Guarantee is really pretty simple. We want you to love your HugaMonkey baby sling. It needs to fit "just right", if it doesn't just let us know.
Let us know if you need to exchange or return a sling. Fill out the simple form and we will email a return authorization number.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Exchange/Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- The sling must be in excellent condition to exchange or issue refund.
- No lame restocking fees! It’s free to return and exchange a sling without penalty.
- You're in charge of shipping the sling back to us for all returns or exchanges.
- For exchanges (within the US) we will ship your new sling back to you free!
- Include your return authorization number.
Once your sling is received in excellent condition (able to repackage) your new exchange will be shipped, or a full refund will be issued.
