5.If you're returning because it doesn't fit, consider exchanging it for a better fit.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. The baby sling must be returned in excellent condition to us within 30 days.

You're in charge of shipping the sling back to us. However, we don't charge those lame restocking fees. Hooray!

If you still need to return your baby sling, simply fill out the form below and we'll send you a return number and address by email. Print, write or engrave and send this number with your baby sling. Once we receive the baby sling in excellent condition, we'll issue a refund. If you want to exchange it for a different sling, use the exchange form.

Most return forms are answered within 1-2 days, so if you haven't gotten a reply to your form after three days, please leave a different email address or phone number to contact you with. Questions? Contact Carrie at sales@hugamonkey.com.
