Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. The baby sling must be returned in excellent condition to us within 30 days.

You're in charge of shipping the sling back to us. However, we don't charge those lame restocking fees. Hooray!

If you still need to return your baby sling, simply fill out the form below and we'll send you a return number by email. Print, write or engrave and send this number with your baby sling. Once we receive the baby sling in excellent condition, we'll issue a refund. If you want to exchange it for a different sling, use the exchange form.
