In order to qualify, you must request an exchange within 3 weeks of purchase. The baby sling must be returned in excellent condition to us within 4 weeks.

You're in charge of shipping the sling back to us. For exchanges, however, we will ship your new sling back to you on our dime! We also don't charge those lame restocking fees. Hooray!

If you still need to exchange your baby sling, simply fill out the form below and we'll send you a return number by email. Print, write or engrave and send this number with your baby sling. If you want to return it for a refund, use the return form.
